By using kyuik.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using this site

You need to be able to form a legally binding contract to buy from us — generally 18 or older, or shopping with a parent or guardian's permission. Don't use this site for anything unlawful or to interfere with how it runs.

Products & pricing

We try to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors happen. If we find a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before charging or shipping anything, and you can cancel for a full refund if you'd rather not proceed. All prices are in AUD and include tax unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guaranteed sale. We can refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or shipping difficulty — and you'll be refunded in full if that happens. See our Shipping Policy for how this applies to shipping specifically.

Pre-orders

Some products are sold as pre-orders: payment is taken in full at checkout ahead of a stated ship date. Pre-order terms and cancellation rights are covered in our Return & Refund Policy.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We don't store your full card details.

Sauna use & safety

kyuik products are insulating headwear, not medical devices. Content on this site about sauna and heat, including our Benefits page, is general information, not personal medical advice. Sauna carries real heat-related risks; if you have a relevant medical condition or are unsure, check with a doctor before use, and always listen to your body.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site — text, design, photography, and the kyuik name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors. You're welcome to browse and share links, but not to copy, reproduce, or reuse it commercially without asking first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, kyuik isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing here limits any consumer guarantee you're entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law, or equivalent protections where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms as the business evolves. The current version always applies from the date it's posted.
