We want buying a kyuik to feel as straightforward as wearing one. Here's exactly where you stand, whether your order hasn't shipped yet or you've already worn it a few times.
Pre-order cancellations
Your kyuik is a pre-order: your card is charged in full at checkout, and your order ships early–mid September as production wraps.
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships, no reason needed. Email info@kyuik.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Change of mind (after delivery)
Once your kyuik arrives, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it if it's not right for you.
To qualify, it needs to be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original packaging, with tags attached
Email us with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is at your own cost for change-of-mind returns. Once we've received and checked the item, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your kyuik arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, that one's on us. Email info@kyuik.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort a full refund or replacement — your choice — and cover the return shipping.
This is separate from, and in addition to, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantee a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are faulty or not as described. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
How to start a return or cancellation
Email info@kyuik.com with:
- Your order number
- What's going on (change of mind, fault, wrong item, cancellation)
- A photo, if it's a fault or damage claim
A real person replies, usually within a couple of days.
Refunds
All refunds are made to your original payment method. Once we process it, your bank or card provider may take a few extra business days to reflect it on your end.
