Why wear a sauna cap?

Heat rises, so your head and hair are exposed to some of the highest temperatures in the room. A properly insulated sauna cap helps slow the transfer of heat, giving your head a little protection while the rest of you gets properly warm.

Traditional sauna hats work for a reason. We kept the useful bit and changed nearly everything else.

Care

Allow your cap to air-dry completely after every session. Spot clean gently with cool water when required.

Do not machine wash, tumble dry or leave it sitting directly on the sauna heater. That last one should be fairly obvious.
